All going according to plan We deliver within 24-48 hours. We use the Castaway Couriers as our delivery partner. A secure, efficient and all electric system, doing what we can for the environment.

Should there be an issue with stock, or a flat tyre on the delivery van, you will be contacted. We aim to make your shopping experience with Dairywalk a great one so hopefully you come back again and again ? Your animals can't wait for good care, and you should not have to wait either.

Returns

30 Days Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with the products you received, you have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery for a full refund.
Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Please note, that we do not offer exchanges for online purchases.
